Ghostly Murder Mysteries

Murder of Crows
Liam, a 14-year-old, spent his entire life exploring the historic and haunted city of St. Augustine, Florida until his dad takes a job in the small town of Andersonville, Georgia.  As soon as the family starts unpacking, strange things begin happening: all of the smoke alarms in the house start screaming, a stain in his mom’s home office keeps returning, and he finds messages written in the fog on the bathroom mirror.

While working on a creative writing project for school, Liam is approached by Sarah, the ghost of the girl accused of murdering her entire family in the same house Liam now lives in over 150 years ago.  Sarah asks Liam to solve the murders, finally clearing her name.  Figuring he’s dreaming anyway, Liam agrees to help her.

Solving a 150 year old murder is harder than he thought: old microfilm newspaper articles and internet searches don’t provide much information.  Ellie, the hottest girl in school and journalist to boot, agrees to help research an old Civil War soldier for him in exchange for extra credit in their social studies class.

During their research they discover a dark history surrounding Andersonville and that Sarah is not the sweet girl she appears to be, she has some secrets of her own. Will Liam solve the murder allowing Sarah to finally rest in peace or will he find out that he’s being haunted by a mentally unstable ax murderer?

Destruction of Wild Cats
Ellie figured she had left all of the ghost hunting behind her when she moved from Andersonville to attend Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. She wrong. The first night in her dorm, her roommate starts playing tricks to make Ellie think the room is haunted.

Ellie finds a job at a local ranch and exchange for work she can spend most nights in the bunkhouse by herself where she can escape the insanity of her roommate and her dorm room. Things seem normal until Halloween night when the ranch puts on a ‘haunted trail ride’. That’s when Ellie along with her best friend/boyfriend, Liam, witness actual ghosts.

After making contact with the spirits, Ellie and Liam find out that the ghosts are caught and murdered by Seminole Indian every night, forced to relive their actual death. Only successfully making it to their original destination will break the ghastly cycle.

Transporting ghosts to their final resting place is not going to be easy, but thankfully in a town with a rich history like St. Augustine, the entire town can find a way to pitch into help, even if they don’t realize it.

All about Horses

Kobi: Memoirs of a Mustang - Multiple award winner
